Shipping & Returns

Your order will be dispatched in the time frame of 1-3 business days and will be sent via Hermes. Orders over £15 will qualify for free shipping.

We are always actively looking to reduce postage costs for our customers and as soon as this can be achieved we will put it into action. 

In the event that you receive your product and are not happy with your scent choice, we will accept the return as long as the item is unused. Notification of the desire to return must be made within 48 hours of receipt of your order, this will be verified by the tracking number attached to your order.

The shipping cost of the return must be covered by the customer. When we receive your returned order and the condition of the items have been approved, your refund will be issued (minus the cost of shipping).

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items and gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
